Senior Delivery Support Officer

Responsibilities Lead a culture of performance by implementing cultural improvement initiatives in line with planned Contribute to the successful delivery of Programs and Projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, scope and Manage, process, plan, monitor and report on finance, administration, human resources, information management, procurement and contract management matters in conjunction with the Branch Manager, DSDB Leadership Team, Business Leadership Team as directed by the Senior Director. Provide accurate timely advice and initiate actions on issues related program and project delivery and support functions Contribute to building the change initiatives with the division and drive the implementation of the change within business areas to achieve identified outcomes. Engage with other eHealth business functions to ensure the program is equipped with appropriate levels of support and Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Qld Government, HHS, eHealth and others) to ensure program & project support, alignment and success. Deliver innovative and workable solutions focused on ensuring the programs and projects are given every chance of success About you Demonstrated experience in supporting delivery excellence to enable the delivery of high quality, efficient, healthcare solutions. Demonstrated experience in being a good team player contributing to a high performing team through a positive work ethic. Ability to encourage idea generation and put forward ideas, supporting a culture of innovation. Experience in supporting customers through providing confidential and complex support to Executive Management within large public-sector organisations. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to work within financial and human resource legislative requirements and use of the supporting budget, HR and payroll systems within large complex public-sector organisations. Proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a range of activities and projects with conflicting timeframes. Why work with us?
