Employer Overview Global Technology Company with a Household Name 12‑Month Day‑Rate Contract role – high likelihood of extension or conversion to a permanent employee Daily rate: $473 (includes super) Hybrid work arrangement – 2 days per week in Sydney CBD office, 3 days WFH The client is a well‑known global tech company that helps businesses worldwide enhance their workflow through digital solutions. *** Please Note: Candidates must be based in Sydney and must be current Permanent Residents or Australian Citizens to be considered *** What’s in it for you? Solve and troubleshoot complex integration issues related to their internal platform Supportive and inclusive team environment encouraging idea‑sharing and collaboration Superior onboarding, training and development provided Hybrid working model (as outlined above) Competitive day rate with high likelihood of role extension or permanent conversion What you’ll bring 2+ years of experience in application technical support or a software development environment Strong knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication/user‑management systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SAML, SiteMinder) Strong understanding of Email Infrastructure (e.g., Exchange, Office 365, Postfix) Advanced knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST) Strong knowledge of OAuth and OIDC; experience providing SaaS/PaaS support Fundamental understanding of ITIL framework Advanced knowledge of the components in a web application stack Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) Experience using tools like Splunk/Wireshark and understanding common SaaS cloud and on‑premises infrastructure components Data extraction technologies (e.g., JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations What you’ll be doing Work as part of the Integration Team in Sydney to troubleshoot customer queries/issues Respond to tickets from customers and internal escalations Provide support to users/administrators of the company’s platform via phone and Teams Work a rostered work‑week, typically 7:30 am‑3:30 pm or 8 am‑4 pm Contribute to the evolution of best practices for support service delivery Understand the company’s platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations How to Apply To apply online, please click on the link below Alternatively, for a confidential discussion or to discuss other technology roles in Australia, please contact Jimmy Flynn at .
