This role is ideal for a mid-level Salesforce professional with strong technical capability across Apex, LWC and Flows , who is looking to step into a long-term application support position within a global manufacturing business. If you enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting, configuration, minor development and incident/change management , this is a great opportunity to join a stable, supportive team environment. What You’ll Be Doing Providing L2/L3 production support for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests and managing enhancements Developing and configuring Salesforce components (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) Supporting stakeholders across global business units during the RUN/BAU phase Ensuring application stability, performance and compliance with enterprise standards Assisting with release and deployment activities Supporting Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware) where required What We’re Looking For Primary Skills Salesforce Service Cloud / Experience Cloud Apex, LWC, Flows Secondary Skills Salesforce integrations (APIs/middleware) Release & deployment management Strong stakeholder communication with global teams Day Rate: $560/day incl. super Location: Australia (remote/hybrid depending on state) Client: Global manufacturing organisation Engagement: Long-term RUN/BAU support Start: ASAP Note: This role is scoped and budgeted as a mid-level L2/L3 Application Support position. It is not positioned at a senior developer or architect level.
