Sherrin Rentals is a national leader in specialised equipment hire, known for delivering dependable service, industry expertise, and strong client partnerships. We have an opportunity for an experienced Major Account Manager to manage a portfolio of major accounts and lead our local sales team at our Perth branch. Reporting to Head Office in Brisbane, this role provides strategic leadership and partners closely with the Operations Manager to align sales and operations. It suits a commercially sharp, people-focused leader who communicates clearly, plans effectively, and builds strong internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead our Key Account Managers, setting high standards for customer engagement and performance Manage a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring strong relationships, commercial discipline, and service excellence Develop and execute local sales and account management strategy aligned with national targets Monitor utilisation, pipeline, revenue, and customer retention, using insights to drive continuous improvement Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure fleet availability, quality delivery, and seamless customer experience Identify growth opportunities and represent Sherrin Rentals professionally in the WA market Skills & Experience: Proven success in managing major accounts and leading high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and strategic mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting skills Why Join Sherrin Rentals?
