Job Description Be the face of Insider to clients, building trusted advisor relationships. Understand client goals and recommend features that best match. Monitor and facilitate client adoption of our technology. Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams for tech support. Develop and maintain key account plans, identifying upsell opportunities. Provide feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and partnership impact. Prioritize and resolve escalated client issues, driving resolution. Contribute new product ideas to shape our roadmap. What We Expect University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Digital marketing or customer‑oriented experience, preferably at executive level. Strong oral and written communication, energetic phone skills, and listening. Self‑motivated, proactive tech enthusiast seeking solutions. Care for clients, ensuring they feel at home and supporting success. Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness. Adaptability to fast‑paced startup environment.
