As our Head of Sales, you’ll lead a high-performing team, deliver ambitious revenue targets, and create solutions that matter for some of the world’s most trusted brands. Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven, customer-focused culture. Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and return-on-capital targets. Shape Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. Partner for Success: Collaborate across marketing, operations, and supply chain to deliver integrated business strategies. Engage Customers: Build long‑term relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver technical solutions that exceed expectations. Qualifications Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years in senior sales roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG and B2B. Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L management and strategic decision‑making skills. Industry Expertise: Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets. IBP Savvy: Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment. Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
