About your new role: The HR Shared Services team is a core business function responsible for providing administrative support across the organisation. The HR Shared Services team are looking for a highly organised and reliableindividualwho is interested in furthering their development and advancingtheir career within the Human Resources arena. What your new job involves: Some of your key responsibilities in this role will be: Managing first level HR queries via the HR phone line and email inbox and escalating to the HR Business Partners where appropriate. Supporting the exit and performance review process. Interpreting company policies, procedure, Awards and employment legislation when required. Maintaining policies compliant with relevant legislation. Supporting the management of Work Health and Safety processes and systems, including workers compensation. Key Requirements: Ability to build effective working relationships in a professional manner. 1+ years’ experience in a hands on HR coordinator role or someone who has or is working towards a HR qualification. Proven planning and organisational skills and high a level of attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively withthe broader HR team. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and act with discretion. Proficient with Microsoft office suite. Ability to adopt a hands‑on approach to problem solving, juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.
