The position includes general administration duties and recruitment related administration, including placing adverts and managing pre‑employment processes. To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant administration/secretarial qualification and/or equivalent experience (Cert III or above). Experience working in an administration role, preferably in a People Services (HR) team. Strong administration skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Incremental progression typically occurs at the conclusion of each 12‑month period, in accordance with the Industrial Agreement. This recruitment process may also be used to identify candidates for similar permanent or fixed‑term opportunities that arise within the City over the next 12 months — offering you the chance to be considered for future roles that align with your skills and aspirations.
