Trainee Salesperson Taman Diamond Tool Solutions ABOUT THE BUSINESS Taman Diamond Tool Solutions is a respected supplier of construction equipment and consumables serving the needs of the Australian construction industry. With a dedicated team of six the business is built on strong customer relationships technical expertise and a commitment to delivering reliable solutions. As part of its continued growth Taman Diamond Tool Solutions is seeking a full‑time Trainee Salesperson to join its team in Belmont WA. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands‑on experience in business-to-business sales while working toward a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification. ABOUT THE ROLE The Trainee Salesperson will be trained across all aspects of customer service and sales operations. Key responsibilities include: Responding to sales inquiries via phone email and walk‑ins Learning the product range and recommending tailored solutions to meet customer needs Managing the full sales process: quoting invoicing payment handling order picking and freight coordination Providing product training and support to clients Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business As the trainee develops core competencies the role will expand to include business development activities such as: Managing existing client relationships Identifying and onboarding new customers Meeting defined sales targets and KPIs IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A strong desire to learn and grow within the industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A reliable and organised approach to work A collaborative mindset and positive attitude The ability to operate equipment confidently (prior experience not required) A proactive and driven personality REQUIREMENT A current driver’s license is essential All other training will be provided on the job Qualification Certificate III in Business to Business Sales Employment Type Full‑Time Location Belmont WA 6104 This is a rare opportunity to join a supportive and professional team gain valuable industry experience and build a long‑term career in sales.
