As a Staff Engineer, you’ll take ownership of key projects shaping the next phase of the platform giving you the chance to lead technically, stay hands‑on, and deliver work that directly impacts thousands of customers. Step in at a defining stage of innovation and expansion. You’ll guide the technical direction, architect critical systems, and help shape the next generation of a product that’s central to the company’s growth. You will have autonomy and ownership of customer facing applications that make a genuine impact, helping you take more satisfaction from the impact of your work. Work arrangement: 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days working from home. Yearly bonus paid out. What’s In It For You Work with an established team of highly experienced engineers and drive the full SDLC. Room to innovate – influence architecture, culture, and ways of working from day one. Work with stakeholders and take ownership of the technical strategy of the product. If you thrive on building scalable, complex systems, this role lets you take full ownership while balancing hands‑on engineering with leadership. You’ll write elegant C#/.NET code on Azure, architect robust solutions, and guide a high‑performing team – turning ambitious ideas into tangible outcomes. What You’ll Bring 8+ yrs software engineering experience, including leadership / hands‑on across backend, APIs, etc. Expert in C#/.NET, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), database work, CI/CD pipelines.
