Enterprise Account Manager - Sydney/Melbourne Riskified invites applications for the Enterprise Account Manager role based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will help merchants—including Fortune 500 companies, big‑box retailers, startups, and travel merchants—maximize the value they receive from our AI‑powered fraud and risk intelligence platform. About the Role As the merchant’s representative, you will manage and prioritize their needs, ensuring they are happy and profitable. You will collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams across Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Development. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the primary point of contact for key merchants, building, monitoring, and communicating our KPIs to clients Conduct in‑depth analysis of customer usage to identify and lead upsell opportunities Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to support long‑term expansion plans Work with all internal teams to optimize the overall customer experience across the portfolio Assist new customers as they onboard and begin using Riskified’s platform Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an enterprise client‑facing role with extensive international exposure Superb writing and communication skills Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset Problem‑solver, resourceful, and independent Background in eCommerce or FinTech, and/or experience in a fast‑growth B2B SaaS setting is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field (preferred) Native English level – mandatory Riskified is deeply committed to the principle of equal opportunity for all individuals.
