At Eurofins in Australia & New Zealand, our National Service Centre (NSC) Purchasing team plays a vital role in driving strategic procurement across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and support our purchasing operations and initiatives. Job Description In this newly created role, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement function by: Setting up and maintaining item and supplier master data in purchasing and financial systems Reviewing non-catalogue requisitions to ensure compliance with corporate policies and support strategic sourcing Delivering training sessions and responding to procurement-related queries from internal stakeholders Analysing procurement data to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in project management Supporting the reporting of savings initiatives across Australia and New Zealand Maintaining the pricing database, including renewing and negotiating supplier pricing agreements Qualifications To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Additional Information Flexible work arrangements available (full-time or part-time, minimum 30 hours/week) Hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in the office This opportunity is only open to candidates who are eligible to work in Australia/New Zealand, and already have work rights or an appropriate working visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
