You will enter in CAMS any assistance notes provided to you, stemming from visits. You will also be responsible for booking future appointments, referral room duties & reception tasks. Our friendly team will provide all training required. Maintain records in accordance with policies & procedures Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the people we assist Provide relevant information and/or referral to appropriate services Advocate and negotiate on behalf of client when required Maintain an enthusiastic, cooperative, professional & friendly approach Consult with VSC Coordinator when unsure of process/outcome Prepare to adopt and adhere to the ethos of the St Vincent de Paul Society (NSW) An interview with Volunteering Central Coast is required. You will be contacted soon to arrange a mutually convenient time and place.
