The Role We are seeking experienced Part Time Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Epping Plaza. You will be responsible for providing security service at Epping Plaza, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in an timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations and demonstrated pro‑active security awareness. This is a Part Time role: shifts available are Thursday & Friday from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm and Thursday & Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Requirements Current VIC Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable Apply First Aid Certificate Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Previous experience in Retail Security is preferred Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control The ability to complete reports using various platforms Excellent presentation, well‑groomed and corporate‑appropriate Ability to respond to emergency situations Valid work rights in Australia What we offer you Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment A family‑oriented culture Free uniform Diversity Commitment Assetlink is committed to maintaining, growing and supporting our diverse and inclusive culture, by seeking and promoting diversity within each of our work sites.
