Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize downtime. Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure a high‑performance work environment. Provide daily reports on production performance against planned targets identifying and reporting variations to planned schedule. Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain and improve product quality standards. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve cost‑effective production. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities. Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and analyze production reports, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the fresh produce or food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Immediate start.
