What We’re Looking For A complaints management expert with a strong understanding of risk, investigations, and integrity frameworks. A strategic thinker who can lead complex cases and mentor a team. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - you’ll be building trusted relationships across the sport sector. Relevant qualifications or experience in sport management, law, investigations, or a related field. A passion for child safeguarding and integrity in sport - this is non-negotiable. Join us and help deliver an inspiring gymnastics experience for every Australian - while leading the charge for integrity and safety in sport Essential Requirements National Police / Criminal History Check Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check Passion and unwavering commitment to best practice safeguarding and integrity management in sport Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in sport management, law, law enforcement or related field Demonstrated experience in the Australian sport sector, particularly in the provision of advice in areas including member protection, child safeguarding, dispute resolution and disciplinary procedures Strong understanding of risk management practice in complaint management and ability to shift priorities to meet the needs of the organisation Desirable Criteria Relevant Tertiary Qualification Attachments GA Head of Complaints and Investigations #J-18808-Ljbffr
