About the Opportunity Join Baptcare's team as a Full Time Governance & Systems Development Coordinator. Based in NewCo, you will strengthen operational frameworks and technology systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality. What You'll Do Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies that support organizational objectives. Coordinate systems development projects from planning through to implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and governance committees. Support training and change management initiatives related to new systems and processes. What We're Looking For Smartsheet configuration experience. Experience in governance, compliance, or systems development. Strong project coordination and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with database systems and reporting tools. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
