Based in Dandenong South, Victoria, they are seeking a driven and creative marketing professional to join their team. The Role We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join a high-performing consumer goods team and help bring packaging and product concepts to life. In this role, you will : Create artwork, finished art files, dielines, and print-ready assets. Produce high-quality product renders for packaging and marketing use. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all artwork meets regulatory and internal guidelines. Support the end-to-end artwork workflow, managing approvals and deadlines. Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate colour, print quality, and smooth production. Skills & Experience You’re a recent design graduate or early-career designer who’s excited to grow and build real products in a supportive environment. You will bring : A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your passion and potential in packaging design. Confident experience across Adobe Creative Suite and strong attention to detail. A positive attitude, growth mindset, and eagerness to learn from experienced designers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple projects at once. A collaborative, proactive approach and alignment with the team’s values.
