22 hours per week (days and times on negotiation) ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION Balla Balla Community Centre (BBCC) is a vibrant and dynamic Neighbourhood House that has been serving the City of Casey for over 18 years. As a not-for-profit organisation, BBCC provides a wide range of services to the local community. These include programs and activities for adults, children, and youth, as well as community events and venue hire options for community groups and businesses. ABOUT THE ROLE The Bookings & Administration Officer is a key member of our small, professional, efficient and helpful team and will work in close collaboration with the Executive Officer and office team to support BBCC’s diverse, innovative and inclusive programs, activities and events. In this role, you’ll manage bookings, maintain accurate records, provide administrative support, liaise with hirers and stakeholders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations—demonstrating excellent customer service, multitasking, and organisational skills to keep the Centre running efficiently. ABOUT YOU You’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. With at least 3 years’ experience in administration, office coordination, or bookings management, you’re confident using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems , and have some familiarity with Xero for basic billing and reporting. Beyond the technical skills and excellent customer service, we’re looking for someone who’s organised, reliable, and able to manage their time well across a few key responsibilities. You’ll be working closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, so strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
