As an advanced Speech Pathologist with Darling Downs Health, you’ll lead complex clinical care and shape innovative service models that improve outcomes for adults across the Toowoomba community. You will deliver advanced assessment and treatment for adults with complex needs, using your expertise to guide care decisions. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside multidisciplinary teams and provide specialist advice that shapes service delivery. You'll also lead quality improvements, mentor colleagues, and contribute to research that drives better outcomes for patients and the community.
