Production Manager On-Site

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Production Manager to guide our Powders production team at our Dandenong South site. The Dandenong South site manufactures a variety of high-performance Dulux powder coating solutions for a wide range of industries and are committed to sustainability, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction, which our production teams take great pride in Responsibilities Lead and Develop Teams: Coordinate daily and weekly meetings, drive performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and growth Champion Safety & Quality: Set the standard for safe work practices, ensure compliance, and drive quality outcomes for our customers Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause problem-solving, implement process enhancements, and contribute to site-wide initiatives Manage Operations: Oversee site management activities, support maintenance objectives, and manage contractors and risk assessments Grow Talent: Coach, train, and develop a team of ~25 staff, maintaining skills matrices and development plans Our company We help our consumers to imagine and create better places and spaces in which to live and work.
