Base pay range A$180,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr Completions & Handover Manager – Major Rail Infrastructure (PPP) Join the client-side delivery team on one of Australia’s most complex and high-profile transport infrastructure projects — a multi-billion-dollar public–private partnership (PPP) involving new underground stations, tunnels, and supporting systems. The project is entering its final stages of construction, testing, and certification. We’re now seeking an experienced Completions & Handover Manager to drive the close-out process, ensuring all documentation, assurance evidence, and quality records are ready for Independent Certifier and government acceptance. The Opportunity This is a key role within the project governance team, bridging the gap between the delivery contractor and the SPV/Client entity. You’ll coordinate all completion, certification, and handover activities — ensuring technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements are met to achieve project acceptance milestones. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate completion and handover deliverables across tunnels, stations, and systems packages. Track and review as-built drawings, test packs, and assurance documentation for accuracy and compliance. Liaise with design, construction, quality, and Independent Certifier teams to resolve outstanding issues. Support audits, testing, and verification activities during the final commissioning and certification phase. Maintain detailed completions reporting and status dashboards for leadership and stakeholder reviews. Identify and mitigate risks impacting completion or acceptance timelines. About You Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related). 8+ years’ experience in major infrastructure delivery, ideally within rail, tunnelling, or transport. Strong understanding of QA/completions documentation, testing, and Independent Certifier processes. Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience within a PPP or client-side governance environment highly regarded. Knowledge of Queensland Rail or TMR certification frameworks. Experience with completions systems (Aconex, Asite, InEight, etc.). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
