Analyse and update all guest requests that are tailored to their requirements. Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or guest orders. Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings. Liaise with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience. Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team. Responsibilities Handle all incoming calls and redirect to appropriate departments. Analyse and update tailored guest requests. Manage all hotel outlet reservations and guest orders. Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Relevant experience in a similar role (OPERA PMS Experience highly preferable). Working rights in Australia. Enthusiastic to advance your career.
