About the Role Juniper is seeking a talented Communications Officer to join a small, fast‑paced team. In this dynamic role, you will create and coordinate on‑brand external and internal communications, marketing activities, and storytelling across multiple mediums. Key Responsibilities Create compelling on‑brand content for digital, print and video audiences. Manage and produce social media content, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives. Develop corporate communications, supporting plans, projects and services. Produce marketing collateral (brochures, digital assets) to enhance visibility and engagement. Assist with organising and participating in events, sponsorships and industry awards. Identify and coordinate proactive media opportunities; monitor media and support reactive responses to increase brand awareness. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements and Juniper policies. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in public relations, communications, marketing or a related discipline. Highly developed written communication skills, including research, writing, proof‑reading and editing diverse materials. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with staff, managers, community groups, clients, media and suppliers. Demonstrated time‑management and organisational ability. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Photography and video skills (desirable). Knowledge of the aged care or not‑for‑profit sectors is an advantage. Why Juniper? Competitive salary starting from $82,800 per year + 12% superannuation.
