Katana Foundations is a well established and rapidly expanding Screw Piling business operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia. From our inception the purpose has always been to create a service that does it better than anyone else. Commencing in the new year we are looking to hire a Sales Support - Lead generator who will be based in our Carrum Downs office. Position purpose To actively drive the front end of Katana's sales pipeline by transforming our existing database, past opportunities and inbound interest into high quality, well qualified appointments. By delivering exceptional customer engagement, accurate CRM management, and proactive follow up of all quotes and leads, the Lead Generator Specialist directly supports the National Sales Manager and BDM team in achieving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and strengthening Katana’s brand position. Accountabilities Conduct outbound calls and follow up emails Qualify leads and book appointments for BDMs through HubSpot calendar integration, manage diary coordination across multiple schedules Reporting & Performance Tracking. Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation report Experience and Requirements Possess negotiation and interpersonal skills Proactive, and really enjoy working and being supported by a close knit sales team Knowledge of Hubspot preferred but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
