RightFax & Cisco Call Manager Consultant Role Title: RightFax & Call Manager Consultant Location: Geelong, Victoria Start Date: ASAP (next week if possible) Working Flexibility: Mostly remote with some onsite work at Geelong Hospital Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with strong experience in Cisco Call Manager and RightFax to assist with a short-term project. The engagement involves migrating analogue fax lines to digital RightFax, configuring departmental requirements, and performing onsite work to reconfigure VG connections. This is a fast-paced role requiring immediate availability and hands-on expertise, as there is no allowance for training. Is innovation part of your DNA? Together we enable the connected future. Key Responsibilities Configure approximately 60 analogue fax lines to RightFax. Set up fax routing to MFDs or shared mailboxes/faxboxes as per departmental requirements. Configure shared mailboxes/fax in the RightFax portal. Disconnect VG units and reconnect them to lift phones onsite (approx. 25 VGs remain analogue). Complete remote configuration tasks and onsite work at Geelong Hospital. Ensure all changes meet departmental specifications and are delivered within the 2-week timeframe. Skills & Experience Strong previous experience with Cisco Call Manager and RightFax configuration. Proven ability to migrate analogue fax lines to digital platforms. Familiarity with VG configuration and analogue connectivity. Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for liaising with multiple departments. Questions Questions?
