Do you want to be part of a rewarding dance program? emotion21 provides evidence‑based, innovative dance, fitness and wellness programs for people with Down syndrome and is seeking volunteer site coordinators to join in the fun Volunteer duties include: Creating a welcoming and engaging environment for families and participants Encourage, inspire, and motivate participation. Act as a communication pathway between head office, parents and teachers Mark attendance rolls, set up and pack down of site and monitor OH&S standards within the venue Adhere to and promote compliance with Inclusion Foundation policy, procedures, processes, and vision Be involved in planning and executing local community performance events including the annual concert (in September) Assist as required in promoting emotion21 There are no pre‑requisite qualifications for this position; we are seeking a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Down syndrome and their families.
