About the Opportunity As a Senior Digital Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high‑quality digital solutions that elevate customer experiences and drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll bring strong technical expertise, a commitment to innovation, and strive for excellence in everything you build. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll lead by example and, where necessary, mentor junior developers. As a Senior Developer you will champion best practices and help to create a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications. Create well‑designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices and regularly maintain and update existing codebases. Implement modern, responsive UI/UX in collaboration with design teams. Optimise, debug, and integrate data from back‑end services and APIs. Review code, uphold quality standards, and contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to developers within the team. About You 5+ years of software development experience. Proven success delivering complex digital solutions in agile environments. Skilled in using Git/GitHub (including GitHub Copilot) and integrating with REST APIs and client‑side frameworks. Highly Desirable A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience with Azure DevOps, Optimizely (or similar .NET CMS), and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap. Knowledge of VueJS, Figma, and emerging agentic AI development.
