Educational Leader - Craigieburn Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Location: Craigieburn, Melbourne VIC Employment type: Full time (Monday to Friday) Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Craigieburn is opening soon and we are excited to welcome a passionate Educational Leader to join our brand new centre. This role requires you to collaborate closely with a dedicated team of educators and teachers to champion quality practice, inspire your team and guide the delivery of a high quality educational program. You will inspire educators and teachers to deliver a rich and meaningful program while supporting ongoing growth and quality improvements. About You Diploma qualified or ECT with Provisional or Full VIT Registration Previous experience as an Educational Leader with strong ability to mentor and inspire Confident in leading and motivating a large team Ability to build warm positive relationships with children families and colleagues Strong understanding of the Regulations and the National Quality Standards Current VIT Registration for teacher candidates Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing We create environments where every child feels encouraged to explore and grow.
