Job Description About the Role Demonstrates strong leadership and fosters a positive team culture Has excellent surgical skills and clinical knowledge Enjoys mentoring and supporting graduate vets Is confident managing a varied caseload, including dermatology Thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years post‑graduate experience Proven ability to work sole charge when required Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care Strong time management and organisational skills Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or similar examinations.
