Overview Join to apply for the Customer Success Specialist - Real Estate role at Cotality Australia . What You Will Be Doing Manage a Regional Portfolio – Take ownership of your assigned accounts across SA, NT, and WA. Onboard New Clients – Provide tailored onboarding experiences that set customers up for success with Plezzel. Ongoing Support & Engagement – Regularly engage with clients through a mix of inbound and outbound communication (50/50 split). Retention & Solutions Focus – Understand the "why" behind client churn and work proactively to solve problems and retain business. Technical Specialist – Be the go-to expert for Plezzel; advise on strategy, best practices, and how to get the most from the platform. Grow Customer Value – Spot opportunities to expand usage, increase satisfaction, and build long-term loyalty. Job Qualifications What you will bring: Essential 2+ years’ Experience in customer engagement, call centre, sales, or hospitality environments. A growth mindset and a willingness to pick up the phone confidently. Strong communication skills, especially when handling challenging conversations. A knack for problem-solving and uncovering customer needs. Preferred Experience in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or digital marketing. Why Join Cotality?
