Join us at Coburn as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children This permanent part‑time role offers 34 hours per week, including 4 non‑contact paid admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship and dedicated support, we will ensure you are equipped to thrive in a leadership role. You’ll work across split shifts Monday to Friday: 6:30‑9:00 am (Rise then Shine) 2:30‑6:00 pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator you’ll be leading a team of passionate educators and overseeing an engaging before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12 years. This role is all about leadership. You’ll create and lead a dynamic child‑centered program filled with exciting activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. Strong communication skills – you’ll be leading by example A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them). Australian work rights. A relevant diploma‑level qualification (or pursuing one) as per ACECQA.
