Overview OSHC Coordinator - Extend After School Care at Mount Sinai College in Maroubra, NSW. Casual position with opportunities to participate in Vacation Care and After School Care programs. Base pay range: A$37.00/yr - A$43.00/yr. Outside School Hours Care Service Coordinator. Get paid more Earn an extra 10% above award with the Workers Retention Payment. The opportunity includes paid administrative time and regular training meetings. Role OSHC Service Coordinator responsibilities during Spring Vacation Care and After School Care. After School Care (in-term) 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Be part of the Vacation Care program with up to 6-hour shifts during school holidays. Monday to Thursday during Term and Monday to Friday during Vacation Care Program. Paid administrative time and regular training meetings. Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service. Develop, plan, and deliver daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, engaging, and have educational value. Strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting. Prepare and serve healthy food options. Create an engaging and happy environment for children. Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the school community. Pre-requisites / Qualifications Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care or equivalent (Desirable but not essential). Current Employee Working with Children's Checks (or willingness to obtain). First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willingness to obtain).
