Are you ready to take your leadership journey to the next level Lead Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us Join us at Rozelle OSHClub as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children This permanent full time role offers 38 hours per week including 8 non-contact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role. Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday : 7 : 00-9 : 30am (Rise then Shine) 2 : 30-6 : 00pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHC Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership : Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
