You love solving problems, supporting others, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’re confident interpreting awards and agreements and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders.**You’ll bring:*** 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements)* Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and contracts* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Experience with payroll systems (IChris/Chris21 or Workday is a bonus)We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement.
