This Western Australian company is dedicated to designing and building tough, reliable, and modern off‑road and extreme off‑road caravans. They have created a position which will help promote the brand and connect with future adventurers. This is an entry‑level opportunity intended for a motivated self‑starter looking to utilize their marketing and sales experience. The successful applicant will be instrumental in promoting the brand online through engaging social media content and delivering exceptional customer experiences on‑site and at trade shows. The role encompasses three primary areas of focus: Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion (Social Media Focus) Content Creation: Developing, curating, and posting engaging content (photos, videos, stories) across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). This content will showcase the unique features and lifestyle associated with the caravans. Community Engagement: Monitoring social media channels, responding promptly to comments and direct messages, and fostering an active online community. Digital Storytelling: Assisting in planning and executing content calendars, which includes showcasing customer testimonials, van features, and off‑road travel inspiration. Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth) to identify successful content strategies. Showroom Excellence: Greeting and engaging customers visiting the Perth showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Caravan Knowledge: Learning and maintaining an up‑to‑date, comprehensive knowledge of all caravan models, features, and optional extras, with a focus on their off‑road capability. Client Interaction: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, effectively communicating the value proposition of the caravans. Administrative Support: Assisting the Senior Sales team with preparing quotes, managing client databases, and maintaining sales materials. Events & Trade Shows Represent the Brand: Attending local Perth and regional caravan and camping trade shows as a key brand representative. Event Setup & Teardown: Assisting with the logistical setup and presentation of caravans and marketing materials at events. Lead Generation: Actively engaging with show attendees, collecting contact information, and following up with qualified sales leads post‑event. Essential Criteria for Applicants A genuine interest in caravanning, outdoor adventure, or the RV industry is highly regarded. The applicant must possess proven basic experience or a strong understanding of popular social media platforms (e.g., creating Instagram Reels, Facebook posts). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional manner are required. A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn is essential. The ability to work weekends and attend events as required (often during trade show periods). A valid Australian Driver’s License. Why Join This Team?
