BaptistCare NSW & ACT – Baulkham Hills NSW As the Head of Sales – Projects, you'll be the driving force behind BaptistCare's national sales and go-to-market strategies for our exciting new developments in Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care. This senior role is all about bringing our innovative projects to life, ensuring they hit the market with precision and flair, perfectly aligned with our customers' needs, our brand's high standards, and our commercial goals. You'll be at the heart of collaboration, working closely with our Property Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. Your mission? To lead and oversee project marketing and sales delivery, whether it's managed in-house or through our trusted external partners. You'll ensure that BaptistCare's values, brand, and customer experience frameworks shine through in every new development project we undertake. This is a nationally based permanent part‑time role (intention to move to full‑time), with required travel between sites/interstate as needed. About You 8+ years experience in project sales, development marketing, or property‑based customer acquisition (hybrid of internal and external industry experience) Proven success in leading go‑to‑market strategies for new developments. Strong commercial acumen with feasibility, pricing, and performance metrics. Experience collaborating with marketing, property, and operational teams. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Property, or related field. Highly effective communicator at executive and project governance levels.
