Your Mission As our Sales Development Rep, your goal is simple: Book high‑quality demos with real‑estate agency decision‑makers. We’re not here for 100 dials and zero traction. We want strategic outreach, smart targeting, and consistent pipeline generation. What We’re Looking For You have a strong network of real‑estate principals and agents—especially in NSW, QLD or SA You’ve sold to or worked inside real‑estate agencies You’re an appointment‑setting machine—you live for the thrill of a booked meeting You’re confident on the phone, sharp in your messaging, and persistent in your follow‑up You’ve worked in SaaS or tech‑enabled sales before (bonus) You track and hit KPIs like a pro: meetings set, show rates, conversion What You’ll Do Prospect and cold‑call agency principals, directors, and top agents Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team Run outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records Collaborate with sales and marketing on strategy and lead handovers Be the first impression of iRealty for many of our future clients What You’ll Get Base salary + commission structure Supportive, fast‑moving team who want to win Access to cutting‑edge AI marketing tech loved by agents Career progression into Account Executive, Partnerships, or Growth roles Why Now? iRealty is on the cusp of a major growth phase.
