About The Role As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will own key relationships with our partners and play a key role in driving partnership growth with our partners. You will work closely with our partners to co‑develop growth strategies, identify new and creative growth opportunities, and drive the execution of such opportunities. As a main point of contact of our partners, you will be expected to drive growth discussions and to deliver creative solutions based on growth optimisation best practices as well as understanding of the partners’ objectives/ aspirations. This role also sits at the center of cross‑functional effort, regularly collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including Insurance managers, Client Solution Engineers, user journey designer and content writers, Data Scientists and Product Managers, to ensure that the solutions are timely and effectively delivered, so as to achieve their growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop growth strategies including using data to monitor and identify adoption and conversion trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth Serve trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders, including achieving alignment on growth strategies Drive cross‑functional execution of the growth opportunities Own the solution design of the integration process and work with partners to drive partners’ best practice adoptions on optimisation strategies, product innovation and technology stack/integration approach Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimisation experiments to further optimze yield Collaborate with designers and other team members to optimise user experience Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly Skills & Experience What you will bring Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, optimisation, product or marketing roles with a strong commercial and/or experimentation focus Deep understanding of web user experience (esp. conversion rate and user journey optimisation and pricing strategy) Experience in data analysis and driving data‑driven growth discussions Experience in driving cross‑functional effort with a wide range of cross‑functional stakeholders Understanding of the travel/e‑commerce industry and the value add of ancillary products, including how they enhance customer experience and partner revenue would be advantageous Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable Language skills in any of APAC languages including Korean and Japanese are highly desirable What You Will Have Experience in a fast growing tech or financial services organisation. Experience managing partners and unlocking growth through shared initiatives. Strong people, communication and project management skills Expert problem-solving skills. Passion for enhancing systems, processes and feedback loops. Analytical experience telling stories and convincing stakeholders with data. Benefits Flexible Work Environment – our teams are hybrid.
