Regional Solutions Director – Roads & Highways Jacobs is driving innovation in the Roads & Highways sector and is seeking an exceptional Regional Solutions Director to steer strategic growth, deepen client partnerships and champion sustainability across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Roads & Highways Market Solutions area. Foster an inclusive culture that encourages innovative and bold solutions. Collaborate with global Market Solutions, Regional Growth & Sales, and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions. Drive regionally significant opportunities and oversee the delivery of strategically important projects. Inform market growth plans and investment strategies, and assist with strategic bids. Lead thought‑leadership initiatives, industry engagement and support operations with strategic recruitment. Ensure the quality of technical outputs by appointing qualified Technical Leaders. Maintain strong client relationships across Australia and New Zealand, understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions. Qualifications & Experience Established relationships with executives in the Roads & Highways sector across Australia and New Zealand. Extensive track record of delivering large‑scale Roads & Highways projects. Proven ability to drive innovation and challenge conventional thinking. Senior leadership experience in technical professional services. Deep understanding of ANZ market trends and client needs. Excellent relationship‑building skills with executive‑level clients. Successful business growth and strategy implementation record. Commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive teams.
