That's why we've created this new National Transport Manager role, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer. You’ll play a critical role in driving performance across all aspects of supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In your new role as National Transport Manager, you'll be responsible for: Driving operational performance to deliver positive financial outcomes Managing P&L; growing revenue, saving cost Ensuring customer experience remains excellent Reviewing, negotiating and maintaining contracts Support development of State Transport Managers Managing risk, compliance and safety Supporting business development opportunities to enable growth Implementing a Transport Management System; full project ownership THE IDEAL CANDIDATE To be our National Transport Manager you will have broad supply chain experience, across transport, warehouse, freight & so on. You'll truly understand how to drive financial performance, demonstrated through your experience managing P&L, driving revenue, saving money and cost and improving margin. Ideally you will: Have experience in a 3PL environment Be accustomed to driving change in a complex environment Have worked in large and small organisations within supply chain Demonstrate your ability to deliver value with tech solutions Be able to build rapport quickly to then influence decisions Possess in-depth experience managing contracts & commercial outcomes READY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE?
