About the opportunity Join our Finance division as a Property Analyst and play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely analysis that informs asset and portfolio strategies. You’ll support fund, asset and property managers in our office team, own reporting for a portfolio of assets, and contribute to budgets, forecasts and valuations that underpin our success. What you’ll be doing: Right from the start, you'll do great work with us. In this role, you’ll: Prepare and deliver quarterly and ad‑hoc Property & Fund statistics to leadership, including occupancy, WALE, leasing activity, expiry profile, top tenants, WARR, cap/discount rates, GAV, and detailed leasing transaction schedules. Perform internal valuations in MRI (capitalisation approach) every six months or as required by the Funds. Build strong relationships across Fund, Asset and Property teams. Deliver accurate quarterly reporting and valuations that meet stakeholder expectations. Provide clear, actionable insights that influence portfolio strategy. Demonstrate ownership of assigned assets and reporting obligations. Applying advanced Excel modelling and valuation knowledge to complex scenarios. Your point of difference – What you’ll bring to the team: ~3+ years in property analytics/valuations with strong understanding of valuation drivers and leasing dynamics. CA/CPA qualified or near completion. Experience with Power BI dashboards and ERP/digital reporting systems. Ability to simplify complex problems into clear frameworks and build robust Excel models. Exposure to large data sets and bespoke analysis for management reporting. Familiarity with IRR/DCF analysis and Forbury for scenario modelling.
