At CatholicCare Wollongong, we're looking for an Aged & Disability Onboarding Officer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting service delivery through efficient administrative processes. Our Benefits – We Care About You Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year - tax savings to increase your take home pay Additional paid personal leave every year Long Service Leave after 7 years Study Leave and professional development opportunities Free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted gym memberships through Fitness Passport Employee Journey Insurance for peace of mind while commuting What you'll be doing : Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Growth Lead and Aged & Disability Services team Managing client onboarding documentation including intake forms, consent forms, service agreements, and welcome packs Entering and maintaining accurate client data in systems such as CareLink or CRM Coordinating with internal teams (rostering, finance, service delivery) to ensure onboarding readiness Scheduling meetings, tracking referrals, and supporting reporting and compliance documentation Responding to client and referrer enquiries with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Essential : Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Community Services, or equivalent experience 2–3 years' experience in an administrative support role, ideally in aged care, disability, or community services High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and client / CRM databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Desirable : Familiarity with aged care and disability funding models (Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS) Experience preparing service agreements and client documentation Experience working in a values‑driven or faith‑based organisation Understanding of CatholicCare's mission and values Close Date : 14 December CatholicCare Wollongong is committed to equal opportunity in employment and encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with a disability and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
