Your Role Join a purpose driven organisation supporting members and volunteers who make a real difference in communities across NSW. As the Member & Volunteer Support Officer, you will support key projects, strengthen engagement and help deliver effective systems, communications and processes that enable our members and volunteers to thrive. You’ll work across the Membership, Volunteer and Regional Operations directorate, collaborating closely with statewide and regional teams to support strategic initiatives, program delivery and the volunteer experience. Your Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, prepare reports and briefs and maintain accurate documentation. Support the implementation of the Member & Volunteer Strategy and broader Strategic Plan. Conduct research and analysis to support informed planning and decision-making. Assist in maintaining accurate databases of active members and volunteers. Support recruitment, onboarding and engagement processes for members, volunteers and youth. Contribute to internal communications platforms for members and volunteers across NSW. Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures and compliance frameworks. Lead specific projects as agreed with the Manager, Member & Volunteer Experience. Collaborate with the Member Programs Team and Regional Operations team on shared initiatives. Contribute to WHS, risk management and safe working practices. Provide timely support for the rollout of new systems and tools for members and volunteers. You Will Need Demonstrate strong project coordination skills and manage competing priorities effectively. Communicate clearly and confidently across a range of mediums. Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across directorates. Use digital tools to support dispersed teams and enhance engagement. Contribute to new ideas, improvements and innovation in member and volunteer support. Use organisational resources responsibly and align your work with our mission and values. Bring relevant qualifications in HR, L&D, communications, business or similar, or equivalent experience. Apply experience from project-based environments to support quality outcomes. Ideally bring experience working with volunteers or in membership based organisations (desirable).
