Flooring and Window Furnishings Sales Consultant Mangohill Flooring Pty Ltd – North Lakes QLD Join a trusted local flooring brand. We are seeking for a motivated Flooring and Window Furnishings Sales Consultant to help customers turn their renovation ideas into reality. This is a full-time role where you’ll manage the customer journey from the first enquiry to post-installation follow-up — with support from a friendly, experienced team and our easy-to-use quoting and scheduling systems. About the role: Welcome customers in our showroom and help them choose from our wide range of flooring, blinds, shutters, and curtains. Conduct in-home consultations, take accurate measurements, and prepare quotes using our digital tools. Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and installation. Follow up after completion to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage reviews. Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail. What we’re looking for: At least 2 years of experience in sales — ideally in flooring, window furnishings, or home improvement. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs from enquiry through completion. A current driver’s licence (for in-home consultations). A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping customers achieve great results. Locally owned and operated store backed by a nationally trusted brand.
