About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with blue‑sky ideas – and the magic to actually pull them off. Someone who can talk big‑picture strategy and get into the nitty‑gritty. You know that comms isn’t just noise, it’s about starting cultural conversations. And most importantly, you live and breathe entertainment. You will have 5 years of experience in PR, working in film, television or streaming publicity. You will have a flair for everything from Canva decks to creator campaigns, and a sixth sense for what’s trending in TV, film and music. If you know your way around a red carpet, can spot a rising star on TikTok, and still love solid media relations, you might just be our person. In this role, you’ll have account lead responsibilities on one of the biggest streaming services. Your days will be packed with entertainment strategy, talent wrangling, influencer vibes, media pitching, red carpets, content galore, and a few late‑night premieres. Responsibilities Maintaining and developing exceptional relationships with media across all sectors of film, entertainment, TV, streaming Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across film, television and streaming Supporting your team on the various retainer accounts and projects Leading meetings with clients and proactively setting up agendas, both internally and externally Coaching and mentoring junior staff to help manage their time and focus Identifying target press and influencers for pitching according to demographics, circulation and followers, and pitching out feature ideas and talent Writing and sending press releases and screening invitations Running a press office and planning all aspects of a press junket, including multi‑talent schedules and logistics (cars, hotels, groomers) Collation, reporting and analysis of coverage and campaign status and effectiveness Developing proposals and strategies for your projects or pitches and presenting ideas to clients Placing exclusives and syndicating assets, proactively following up to secure coverage Managing and booking screening rooms, spaces and logistics for events and activations Attending networking events on behalf of Organic Perks Active social teams who organise ad‑hoc events within the agency teams Excellent Salary Sacrifice scheme Recognition, acknowledgement and celebration of staff contributions at various tenure milestones Summer Fridays, allowing you to finish at 3pm on a Friday once all work is complete Free yearly flu shots for all staff Health and Wellness discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP): a confidential counselling, coaching and wellbeing service that’s free of charge, and available to you and your immediate families Birthday leave: it’s your special day – have it off on us Community Service leave & Volunteer Leave Generous parental leave: 12 weeks’ paid leave for the primary carer, plus an additional one week per full year of service; subsidised childcare for the first three years EEO Statement We encourage people from diverse backgrounds, identities, beliefs, ages, and abilities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to apply for this or any role with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
