Mobilisation/ Administration Team Assistant

As the Mobilisation/Administration team assistant at HOSCH International Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our mobilisation team. This position is based in Osborne Park and is responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of projects and providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the efficient running of our business. What you’ll be doing Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed. Book medicals for personnel, arrange flights, accommodation and site personnel. Coordinate site access requirements for FMG sites . Book and arrange inductions and training requirements for personnel being mobilised to FMG . Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to streamline operations systems to book and manage staff travel. Provide high‑level administrative support, including document preparation, file management, data entry and event management. What you’ll bring A qualification in Business, Administration or a related field (Bachelor’s degree). A positive, proactive attitude and strong organisational skills. Clear communication and professional presentation. Confidence using digital tools such as multiple databases, Excel and online systems. A genuine interest in developing a career in business and operations management. Bonus points if you have Experience in administration, customer service or office support (even while studying). Interest in process improvement or business systems. Previous experience in mobilising personnel to various FMG sites. Ability to hit the ground running.
