Profile & Qualifications Implementation experience of multiple full end‑to‑end Oracle Project modules and understanding of integrations with other Oracle modules (HRMS, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Manufacturing, OTL). Strong understanding of data migration & 3rd‑party extensions with the Projects module. Ability to translate business processes and requirements into system solutions, resolving business issues. Experience across all project phases: fit/gap, configuration, testing, and transition to business. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills for client collaboration. Proficiency in producing functional design documents and communicating with technical teams. Strong, fluent, and confident communication skills. Experience communicating with offshore teams and managing offshore delivery. Role & Responsibilities Implement solutions that deliver quantifiable benefits to clients and provide guidance on process improvements through Oracle Project modules. Work closely with client SMEs and stakeholders to familiarize them with Oracle Project capabilities and support solution and process design. Lead a broad range of implementation activities, including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go‑live, hyper‑care, and transition to support teams. Occasionally support pre‑sales activities: process solution design, fit/gap analysis, system demonstrations, and advisory on resourcing for planning and estimating.
