Responsibilities Design and develop Oracle Retek (RPM, ReIM, Allocation as primary and RMS, ReSA as secondary) customizations, extensions, and integrations using Java , PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports and other Oracle development tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand retail business processes and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle Retek modules such as RMS, RPM, ReSA, Allocation and ReIM. Configure Oracle Retail applications to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, pricing rules, and inventory parameters. Support enhancements and customizations in collaboration with technical teams. Develop functional specifications, test scenarios, and execute system and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. Provide day-to-day functional support to end-users, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure timely resolution of system defects or process gaps. Prepare user manuals, functional documentation, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption and usage of Oracle Retail systems.
