About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our flagship products, reporting directly to our Director, Product. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you’ll: Lead the roadmap for Salesline, Cashup, Q Insights, and Star Compliance, ensuring each product delivers measurable impact for customers and the business. Drive go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with commercial teams to align delivery with revenue goals. Shape the evolution of Salesline’s real‑time wage efficiency capabilities, Cashup’s secure reconciliation workflows, Q Insights’ advanced analytics, and Star Compliance’s digital compliance tools to help venues optimise operations. Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver high‑quality releases. Champion Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement across product delivery. About You : 5+ years in product management (SaaS, FinTech, or hospitality tech preferred) Proven experience in GTM strategy, commercial delivery, and stakeholder management Data‑driven decision‑making and technical proficiency (JIRA, analytics tools) Bonus: Experience with Accounting tech, POS systems, or platforms like Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero Why Join Us?
